Review: The Deal of a Lifetime by Fredrik Backman (Spoiler-Free)
A chilling short story about the true spirit of living. This is a Christmas tale, but not one that's warm and fuzzy. This one is cold. It's about a heart frozen solid being thawed for the first time, even if no one is around to see it. A solid story I will think about often and probably revisit in the future.

Review: A Castle in the Clouds by Kerstin Gier (Spoiler-Free)
All the shenanigans of a fun Christmas movie like Home Alone plus a heavenly castle-in-the-clouds hotel setting. This book was so wild and ridiculous, but charming. Every character was fun and played a key role in the story and eventual mystery. There's romance, meddling kids, adorable animals, potential jewel thieves, and child kidnappers?? Review: Highly Suspicious & Unfairly Cute by Talia Hibbert (Spoiler-Free)
4.5 stars! ~ Thank you to Joy Revolution Books and NetGalley for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review. This dynamic is everything I ever needed. It was literally the amalgama

Review: Just Like Magic by Sarah Hogle (Spoiler-Free)
He's a collection of traits adults like to scoff at as they grumble and age, as if contentment and curiosity should lie buried within childhood—but now that I think about it, it's an act of courage to march to the beat of your own drum, to behave with compassion and generosity, with wonder. This book is so charming, and such a great Christmas read. Hall is a love interest I'm surprised I was so won-over by. He's completely cheesy and sweet and just a ball of pure sunshine. Me

Review: The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch (Spoiler-Alert)
'The entire City of Camorr is full of idiots running around and getting hung, all because they think that stealing is something you do with your hands.' Father Chains spat. 'Um... what do you steal with Father Chains?' The bearded priest tapped two fingers against the side of his head, then grinned widely. 'Brains and a big mouth, my boy, brains and big mouth.' This book is so large. I mean that both literally and figuratively. It took me almost a month to read, which is quit
