Review: Heartstopper Volume 1 by Alice Oseman

Seriously. This is the second time I've consumed this exact same story in one week because I watched the entire show last Friday.

Might be a hot take but I actually enjoy the show more 👀

Nothing against the graphic novels at all—I still really enjoy them!—but I just don't like graphic novels as a medium nearly as much as tv/films. Also I think Alice Oseman made some really good narrative decisions that improved the emotional depth of the show compared to the books.

Anyway, super cute, will be reading the rest when I get off the waitlist at the library.
